Standard Maintenance

This is the recommended maintenance to be carried out on the gondola; the frequency of this maintenance is a technical visit every two or three months depending on the type of gondola and frequency of use.

The work to be performed in the maintenance is:
Check all fluids level.
Lubrication.
Clean.
Inspection.
Verification of all machine systems.
Verification of electrical components.
Visual inspection of the arrangements for lifting and travel of the gondola.
Attention failures.

Maintenance

This is the most comprehensive and basic maintenance to be carried out in gondolas regardless of use. The recommended minimum preventive maintenance frequency is once a year. Ideally combined with the regular or periodic maintenance. The most important work done in this maintenance is:

Facade Cleaning Service

If your building has BMU/s for façade maintenance, we can make that regular cleaning of the facades as we have the qualified staff to handle these machines.
